Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026.

The short version

• Calculators run in your browser. Your numbers aren't sent anywhere unless you choose to post to a leaderboard.
• Your last results are saved on your device (browser localStorage) so you can track progress. Clear your browser data to remove them.
• Leaderboards are anonymous. If you post, we store your nickname, age, sex, results and time. We store a salted one-way hash of your IP address for spam and rate limiting, never the IP itself.
• Email is optional. If you sign up for the 90-day reminder, we store your email, sign-up time, and reminder date. We use it only for reminders and occasional tips, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
• No selling of data. We don't sell or share personal information. We don't share your health numbers with advertisers.

Health information

Fitness results can be sensitive. We keep only what's needed for leaderboards, never ask for your name, and you can ask us to delete any entry.

Processors

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data only on our behalf:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, the leaderboard database, and security.
• Resend: sending retest reminder emails.

Your choices

To delete leaderboard entries or your email, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us at hello@strongafter40.fit. Tell us your nickname, age group and the test, and we'll remove it.
